			<description><![CDATA[ I am a small ball coach, but wanted to add to the explanation a little.  First, there are posts that credit coaches and all their hard work in defense of
missing the meeting, and posts trashing the coaches who attended for not fixing the problems on the spot and creating a better product.  Seriously?  The fault
is entirely with member coaches who missed the meeting.  I&#39;ve been coaching for two decades and this problem goes back to the ACA days.  You must be a

Morgan, Joy and Stephanie Douthit not to be on one of these teams is sad. They have worked very hard all year long (and since they were 10 years old in most

			<description><![CDATA[ This is a joke.  What is an All-Star game?  It should have the All-Stars playing.  The logic of the AZBCA is messed up.  Once they realized only 8-10 coaches
showed up for the meeting they should have re-evaluated the situation and discussed some type of absentee voting system and delayed the vote.  I also think
this system discrimiates against the coaches who live outside the Phoenix area.  This is 2009!!  You should open up the options for voting and allow coaches to

I would really like to see the association grow and be a voice for girls basketball. You guys did the right thing and went by the rules of the association in
selecting the teams. Again it was unfortunate that it clashed with spring break. I believe that at the 5a level we are facing a huge problem with ad&#39;s and
without a unified voice from coaches we will be getting a product that is substandard especially at the state tournament. ]]></description>

choosing players from other high schools, players from schools whose coaches are not in attendance at the meetings? It sounds like those players can certainly
be nominated. Any coach doing due diligence and acting professionally would vote for a player generally regarded to be all-state by the media, opposing coaches

I would agree with you.  The hope/goal of the AZ BB Coaches Association is to increase their numbers in the organization and attendance at the meeting, and do,
as was stated many times at the meeting, what is best for kids. It is obvious from the list of players, that many of your best AZ girls basketball players were
